Biography
Dr. Hoag earned his bachelor's degree at 蜜桃影像传媒 and his Master's and Doctorate degrees at The Ohio State University. He was on the Ohio University faculty, then was professor and department chair at a private college in Virginia, and most recently served as a center director at OSU. He has an active research agenda, serves on several State advisory panels and is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
